Free Browser Requirements Downloads

What equipment and configuration will I need?
A computer with an Internet connection, Modem or ISDN devices; 56k baud or better and one of two web browsers recommended below. (SSL and Java Scripting must be enabled)  This site includes visual enhancements best viewed at screen resolution: 800x600 or greater.

Where can I get a Web browser and which ones do you recommend?
We recommend using one of the following browsers, each of which can be downloaded free of charge: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater or Safari 3.1, both available in a 128-bit versions, which implement the highest available security features.
